The confidence you need to jump in with both feet! 😂

Have you ever wanted to try sock knitting but were intimidated? I have heard many people say, “Oh no, I can’t knit socks…” My response is ALWAYS, “Yes you CAN!” I believe that any knitter can knit socks. I started knitting socks at the very beginning of my knitting journey, before anyone told me that knitting socks is hard. Sock knitting is NOT hard. You can do it, and I can help. We will discuss various sock knitting methods and tools, such as, magic loop (1aat* and 2aat*), toe-up, cuff-down, dpns, and tiny circulars. We will discuss options for heels, toes, and cuffs. We will discuss measuring, sizing, and how to adjust when a pattern isn’t written for your foot measurements. I will share with you my favorite methods and options. The goal is to create a “recipe” to fit your foot. Then you simply add a stitch design to the recipe, and voila, you are knitting socks. Let me warn you, sock knitting is ADDICTIVE!

- Basic knitting skills required. *1aat = 1 at a time, *2aat = 2 at a time
