Continental Knitting

Friday, March 14th - 1pm-4pm

Most Americans learn to knit English style (carrying working yarn in the right hand), but ribbing, colorwork, and knitting in general can be much easier when you carry your yarn in your left hand. Learn and practice how to comfortably hold your yarn and “pick” your stitches the right way to continental knit. You may never “throw” your yarn again!

Materials Required - Light colored Worsted weight yarn, Straight or circular needles in size appropriate for yarn, Basic knitting supplies: Scissors, Tapestry needle, Measuring Tape
