Beginning Primitive Rug Hooking

Friday, March 19th - 8am-12pm

Primitive rug hooking is an old art form that has its roots in necessity. Now it has become a beautiful form of self expression in color. The name of the pattern is "Dreaming in Color". Basic techniques of hooking and finishing will be covered along with how to hook contours and corners. Class fee covers all wool necessary to complete your project, backing with printed design, and a beginner rug hook. Instructor will have no-slip hoops for use in class that can be purchased if desired.
