Yarn Help Desk Appointment

Heather Swan, from Yarncom and Midwest Fiber Festival in St. Louis is here at Eureka Springs to provide a fun service for 2027. Do you need help with a project? Are you overwhelmed by the shopping experience that a festival provides? No problem! The Help Desk is to the rescue. If you have a project that you are stuck on, grab 15 minutes with the Yarn Queen. She can help you with your knit or crochet projects! You will meet with her to get 1:1 time. This service can be scheduled ahead of time, or grab a seat when you get to the festival! But there may be a wait :) She will also help you navigate the Vendor Marketplace. If you have your list of projects or not, she will help you find the perfect products for fun making in the future!

• For $15 you will be able to meet with Heather for 15 minutes during the hour you choose below
• Please have patience as there may be a short wait as Heather finishes with other customers
• Please have your project, yarn, and pattern handy when you arrive
• Heather will be stationed at the concession area at the back of the main lobby of the Eureka Springs Community Center during marketplace vendor hours (12pm-5:30pm Friday, March 19th, and 9am-4pm Saturday, March 20th)
• You can choose to walk-in, but be advised the wait-times may be longer
• If you pre-purchase a time, please have your confirmation email handy when you show up
